Pre-Listing Inspection
You are selling your home, but are unsure of its condition,
and do not want anything to block the sale of your home at the last minute.
Our Registered home inspector can show you what repairs and improvements can be
made to help the sale go smoothly.
This inspection allows you to
have enough time to make any necessary repairs at a reasonable cost, and avoids
the defects becoming negotiating or stumbling blocks later. If you do not plan
to rectify any defects, explaining the situation and your position to the buyer
in advance is positive assurance in the real estate transaction.
We can provide an analysis
report for your use in the sale of your home.
Benefits to you as a seller
include:
- Gives confidence to
potential buyers who may walk away from an offer if they think there is a
problem with the home.
- No negotiating for those
items the inspector has raised an issue with.
- Possible faster sale of
your home.
- Repair the deficiencies
that could be used as a negotiating tool against you.
- Known deficiencies can be
reflected in the asking price.
- Download and print as many
copies of the report as you like as you need them.
- The buyer may not insert a
home inspection clause in their offer.
